Diamond grinding wheel for straight line bevel machine
They are designed for glass straight line bevel machine and glass complicated bevel machine. They are used for rough grinding, fine grinding, and accurate grinding to glass beveled edge. They are divided into metal binder grinding wheel and resin binder grinding wheel. The metal binder grinding wheel is used to rough grind and fine grind of glass; the resin binder grinding wheel is used to fine grind and accurate grind of glass. Different teeth types, such as cup type, bowl type, continuous type, through teeth type, and semi-teeth type, are designed for different splinter removing and cooling working conditions during grinding to assure good sharpness of the grinding wheel and lower toughness of the grinded edge.
