Chrome Products
High chrome brick, which is characterized with high corrosion resistance and good high temperature mechanical properties, is mainly used as the working linings of the coal water pressurized slurry gasifier, petrol coke pressurized gasifier and other melting devices where acid or alkali slag corrosion is serious.
Our the high chrome bricks have been used in the coal water slurry gasifier in more than 30 plants with excellent performance. The effective life of bricks working on the imported coal water slurry gasifier is about 10000 h and the maximal service life reaches 23000 h. The bricks gained the Second Prize of Science & Technology Progress by Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Second Prize of Science & Technology Progress in Henan Province in 1999. The annual capacity of the chrome brick is 5000 tons.
Corundum Products
High purity corundum brick, which is characterized with good mechanical property at high temperature and good chemical stability, is widely used in gasifier, secondary reformer, ethylene-generated furnace, and ammonia decomposing furnace in petrochemical industry, carbon black reactor in chemical industry, and high temperature kilns in refractories and ceramics industry. The average service life used in the 300,000 tons residue oil gasifier is 18 months and the maximum reaches 28 months. It gained the Third Prize of Science & Technology Progress by Sinopec and the former Ministry of Metallurgy Industry respectively. The brick has been successfully used in domestic and imported thermal equipment. It has been exported and used in Texaco residue gasifier with excellent performance. The annual capacity of the high purity corundum brick is 3,000 tons.
