Sialon bonded SiC Bticks
Sialon bonded SiC Bticks are made from high quality silicon carbide, industrial silicon powder and alumina powder as raw materials, sintered at about 1,500℃ by nitridation solid solution reaction. Compared with Si3N4 bonded SiC products, the Sialon bonded SiC bricks are characterized with good alkai corrosion resistance, slag resistance and the “The Third Prize of National Science & Technology Progress” in 1998 and have been successfully used in BF of Anshan Steel and Zhangjiangang Steel, etc.
