Corundum Products
The product, characterized with high purity (w(Al2O3)≧99%), high density, good mechanical properties and good chemical stability, is mainly used as lining materials for the kilns in ceramics and refractories industries and as high temperature devices for gasifier and gas generator in petrochemical industry. It won the Third Prize of Science & Technology Progress by Sinopec and the former Ministry of Metallurgy respectively. The annual capacity of the product is 5000 tons.
Corundum Mullite Products
The product, characterized with high purity, high density, high strength and good thermal shock resistance, is mainly used as high temperature (1350-1650℃) kiln linings or kiln furniturn in ceramics andrefractories industries, gas combustion furnace in petrochemical industry and other high temperature services where thermal shock happens frequently. The product has been used for thermal equipments of several domestic plants. The annual capacity is 5000 tons.
Bubbles Oxide Products (Bubble Alumina and Zirconia Products)
The product, characterized with good chemical property, good insulating property, good thermal shock resistance, etc, is mainly used as working or insulating lining for high temperature kilns in ceramic, electric porcelain, abrasive and refractories industries, the inner lining of silicon steel heating furnace in metallurgical industry, the insulating lining of hydrogen generation furnace, gasifier in petrochemical industry, and insulating lining of hard alloy intermediate frequency induction furnace.
They have been applied in the kilns in several domestic or imported plants, and gained the “Second Prize of Science & Technology Progress in Henan Province”. The annual capacity of the bubble alumina brick is 500 tons.
Bubble Zirconia BlockThe products, featured with high purity (ZrO2 and stabilizer content≧99%), high temperature resistance (2200℃), good insulating property, good chemical stability, are mainly used in crystal growth furnace, hard alloy intermediate frequency induction furnace, inner lining of fused quartz furnace and working or insulating lining for super-high temperature devices (over 2000℃).
The products have been used in more than 30 domestic plants. Lots of the products have been exported to USA, South Korea, Pakistan, etc. The annual capacity of the product is about 500 tons.
Sialon Bonded Bubble Alumina Products
The Sialon Bonded bubble alumina products, made from bubble alumina as aggregate and Sialon as binding system, have three times longer service life than the ordinary bubble alumina products. The products are mainly used as the inner lining of the high temperature (1400-1650℃) ceramic kilns. It won the Second Prize of Metallurgy Science & Technology Progress in 2002 and has been utilized in 1600℃ ceramic roller kiln of domestic fine ceramic company with excellent performance.

High purity porous-alumina refractory bricks
High purity porous-alumina refractory bricks are made from 99.9% super high purity alumina by foaming technique without any binding agent. They are low density, light weight, low thermal conductivity, high strength, high temperature resistance and adjustable dielectric constant. They are widely used in aeronautic and astronautic field, ultra high temperature equipments and tools for sintering transparent ceramics and synthesizing high purity materials.
Main features：
Over 99.9% purity of alumina, the refractoriness of them can be up to 1850℃ and remain good performance in the air under high temperature.
They can provide a clear sintering environment with no vaporized impurity. Their energy saving effect is obviously huge by low heat capacity and less heat accumulation. The foamed structure can disperse thermal stress effectively to intensify the structure toughness and service duration.
They are easy to reformed by the foamed structure.
