The production lines of refractory for refining and con-casting of us include purging plug for ladle refining, metering nozzle for small billet con-casting, SEN, long nozzle and monolithic stopper for con-casting etc.
The production line of purging plugs has advanced technology and excellent equipment, producing 40 thousand sets of purging plus, well blocks and sleeve bricks for ladle bottom Ar-blowing external refining, and 60 thousand tons of the corresponding joint filler, repairing mix etc. The annual capacity of metering nozzle production line by our advanced technology can reach 350 thousand pieces.
The production line of thin slab con-casting has advanced technology and excellent equipment, and was listed as National High-Tech Industrialized Demonstration Project for Special Functional Refractory in 2003. The annual capacity of SEN, long nozzle and monolithic stopper for slab and thin slab con-casting is 1,000 tons.
Our annual production capacity of monolithic refractory is more than 30,000 ton, which possesses advanced automatic batching system and material treating system. It provides iron & steel industry with monolithic refractory for iron-making equipments such as blast furnace, hot metal mixer, ladle and cast house, and for steel-making high temperature equipment such as electric furnace, converter, ladle, tundish, heating furnace etc.
