The products (InCasA0.4-1.5) with different density made from porous clinker, ceramisite, floating particle, vermiculite or perlite as main raw materials, are featured with high strength, good insulating property and good thermal shock resistance. Castables with different thermal conductivities can be provided upon request.
InCasA1.7 castables, made from fused bubble alumina as main raw material, pure calcium aluminate and various micro powders as bonding system, are called “bubble alumina castables”. It is featured with high strength, good abrasion resistance, easy construction, high purity and high refractoriness, which is suitable for the insulating area of kilns with high temperature requirement.
Corundum Mullite Castables
The castables, made from tabular alumina, white fused alumina, fused mullite, etc. as raw materials, are characterized with high refractoriness, good chemical stability, high strength, etc. The castables with Al2O3≧94% are named corundum castables.
