Monolithic Refractories
Corundum Mullite Castables
The castables, made from tabular alumina, white fused alumina, fused mullite, etc. as raw materials, are characterized with high refractoriness, good chemical stability, high strength, etc. The castables with Al2O3≧94% are named corundum castables.
Chrome Corundum Castables
The chrome corundum castables, made from the raw materials of white fused corundum and chrome oxide, are mainly used in carbon black reaction furnace. The chrome corundum castables are characterized with high refractoriness, high strength and long service life, meeting the requirements of the carbon black reaction furnace. It has been used in several plants in China, with more than 1.5 years service life.
Insulating Refractory Castables
The series of products, using light weight high alumina as raw materials, are featured with high strength and good insulating performance. The bubble alumina castables (InCastA1.7), using fused bubble alumina as main raw material, is characterized with high purity, high service temperature, high strength and good abrasive resistance, which can be used in the insulating area of the high temperature kilns. The series of products have been successfully used in various petrochemical reaction furnaces with excellent performance.
Light-weight Insulating Castables Series
The series of products with different densities and thermal conductivity are made from light weight materials such as porous clinker, ceramisite, floating particle, and vermiculite or perlite as main raw materials. They are featured with good insulating performance, high refractoriness and high strength.
The series products have been successfully used in insulating layer in lots of high temperature kilns such as petrochemical device, carbon black furnace, iron-making tuyere, and aluminum electrolysis cell and ferroalloy furnace.
Alumina Chrome Based Mortar
Alumina chrome based mortar is mainly used for the installation of the lining materials of high temperature kilns in petrochemical and metallurgy industry.
