High Quality Silicon Carbide Kiln Furniture
The nitride bonded silicon carbide kiln furniture made from high purity silicon carbide and metallic silicon powders, is formed by nitridation reaction sintering at high temperature. It is characterized with good thermal shock resistance and high hot strength, etc. and is widely used in the industries of ceramics, electric porcelain and abrasive disk. It won the “Third Prize of Science & Technology Progress” by the former Ministry of Metallurgy Industry in 1996. So far the Kiln furniture has been applied in nearly a hundred of plants in domestic ceramic industry with good performance and has been exported to many countries such as Germany, Austria, Slovak, Brazil, Japan, India, Pakistan, etc.
