Castables for Ladle
Castables for ladle are made from Al2O3-SiC materials after optimizing the raw material variety,
proportion, particle size distribution, binders and additives. The castables, featured with long service
life, easy construction and repairing, are available for the monolithic lining of all kinds of ladles. It is
the best choice for ladle Refractories.
The developed series of TB-1~TB-4 ladle castables and Al2O3-SiC castables were successfully used
for 60T, 75T, 150T and 300T ladle of Iron & Steel Plant with 600-1200 heats service life, and can
reduce the Refractories cost of ladle and increase economic benefit correspondingly.
