Sialon bonded Corundum Bricks
Sialon bonded Corundum products are made from fused corundum, industrial silicon powder and alumina powder as raw materials, sintered at high temperature by nitridation solid solution reaction. Compared with the mullite bricks, mullite bonded corundum bricks, chrome corundum precast block and mullite bonded corundum precast block for ceramic cup, the products are featured with long service life, good high temperature strength and creep resistance, corrosion resistance, slag resistance, alkali resistance and thermal shock resistance, so they are widely used for ceramic cup under severe operation condition with good performance. Meanwhile, the products are also used in the lower part of stack, belly and bosh of BF.
