Dry Ramming mix for hearth of Electric-arc furnace
The products, characterized with high corrosion and erosion resistance against molten steel and slag, dense sintered layer, long service life, low specific refractories consumption, easy construction and repairing, and energy saving, are used as working linings of UHP EAF bottom by on site ramming. The specific mix consumption for per ton steel in UHP furnace can be reduced to 1.0 kg, and even minimize to 0.77 kg, which has been tested by several plants.
